Last updated: August 13, 2026. These terms govern your use of the eQCX desktop application (“the app”), provided by Duviloper CORE AI LAB (“we”, “us”).
The app is a converter that reads spectroscopy folders and writes the open eQC format (two CSVs plus an audit log). The eQC format itself is open and free to read and write. The app — the converter — is licensed to you on the terms below.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the app for your internal use. The free tier is licensed for personal, academic, and non-commercial research use. Commercial use requires a paid license (Lab or Enterprise tier). See the pricing page.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Spectroscopy conversion involves inference (for example, axis reconstruction or calibration assumptions); the audit log records these so you can review them, but you remain responsible for verifying outputs for your use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data.
The app is designed to support, but does not by itself constitute, regulatory compliance (including FDA 21 CFR Part 11). “Designed for Part 11 alignment” means the app produces records and audit trails intended to support a validation effort; compliance is achieved through your organization’s own validation of the deployment.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
