Refund Policy

Last updated: August 13, 2026. This policy applies to paid subscriptions to eQCX (Lab and Enterprise tiers) sold by Duviloper CORE AI LAB. The free tier is free, so this policy concerns paid purchases.

Free tier

The free tier costs nothing and is available without a purchase. There is nothing to refund.

Monthly subscriptions (Lab)

• If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund that first payment in full.
• After the 14-day initial period, you can cancel at any time; the cancellation stops the next renewal, and the current month remains active until the end of the period you paid for. Months already paid are non-refundable.

Annual subscriptions

• 14-day full refund on the initial annual payment.
• After 14 days, annual plans may be refunded on a prorated basis for the full unused months remaining, at our discretion, if you contact us within 60 days of the purchase.

Enterprise and services

Enterprise site licenses and paid services (custom adapters, validation packages, training) are governed by the separate agreement or statement of work you sign. Refunds for those follow the terms in that agreement.

How to request a refund

Contact us at the address on the main site with your order details. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Abuse

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse or fraud.
